Something I am finding a hard time dealing with (aside from the obvious stress) is this whole “no vitamins/herbal supplements the week before”.
UGH.
I regularly take a B Complex along with my gabapentin to help with joint pain. It’s no magic fix, the the B does help some. You never realize how much until you’re not taking it. The past few days, I have definitely been feeling it. (lack of)
And valerian/melatonin to help me sleep at night. Can’t take that either. Although I did get an ok sleep last night. Going to give credit to my electric blanket and a naked dog that insists on sleeping right on top of me lately…
And the constant, nagging fear of how much life (and how my body reacts) is going to change…. I know HRT will help a some, but I guess it’s that fear of not knowing HOW exactly..
