A couple of days ago, I experienced my first hot flash. Nothing too intense, just really uncomfortable.
Next day, later in the evening.. a few more. SO INTENSE that it sent the husband and friends grabbing everything they could find in our upstairs freezer. (Meh, we didn’t need that bag of cauliflower anyway…). Since then, nothing too crazy. a few moments here and there of super warmth, but that’s it really. Since I’m always complaining about being cold, you’d think these would be welcomed. nope.
I’ve got a little more energy today. Used it to fold a little laundry, and make my kids and husband some lunch. Hoping to venture out to the grocery store today for a few things. I still find that I am getting SO tired SO easily… I really can’t wait till that goes away. But…. each day is a little better than the day before, so I have that goin for me..
